Hey! Nominated for Best Actress in a play on Broadway World Milwaukee for Romeo & Juliet at Door Shakespeare this summer. There are a lot of other great actors and actresses, as well as designers, directors and theatres on this list! So if you saw any shows in Wisconsin over 2015, please vote!
It has been an incredible week. And I have worked with some fantastic people. I cannot tell you how grateful I've been to be on this episode of Chicago PD, but now it's in the can, and we'll just have to wait for the show to air.
Here are some Instagrams from my crazy week on set. Several of these are hanging out in my trailer selfies. Also, sorry, no stars. They are all really kind and fun to work with, but you'll have to wait to see the show to see pictures of me with them, I wanted to respect their privacy. We definitely had some crowds watching us shoot on location, and I got a little taste of the ways fame can be very uncomfortable.
So, days I am not having a blast on the set of Chicago PD, I am heading to rehearsal of Fallen Angels with Remy Bumppo where I am understudying Jane. The show is looking really, really wonderful and adorable, and I wanted to quickly share these great rehearsal photos so you can see what I've been enjoying watching.

Just got word today that I've been booked for a really great role on an upcoming episode of Chicago PD on NBC! More on that later!
Today we're closing a show that I am just extremely proud of. It has honestly been a joy performing every moment of The Madness of Edgar Allan Poe at First Folio Theatre. Taking the audience along on the eerie and heartbreaking journey of our little world we've created has been an absolute joy. I love when they have gasped out loud at something gory, or laughed, or cried.
The company is brilliant, and I know we're leaving this show with truly great friendships (Kate Suffern, Alyssa Frewen, Leena Kurishingal, Gary Henderson, Evan Michalic, Andrew Behling, Christian Gray). I will miss seeing their beautiful faces every day.
So grateful for all the support and publicity the show has received. From. The Chicago Tribune to American Theatre Magazine. Grateful to my best friend, Sarah Bowden for seeing it three times! Grateful to my parents for coming all the way from Oregon. Grateful to my husband Mark Chrisler and all the Chrislers and friends thereof who made it.
And one last big thank you to Alison C. Vesely and David Rice both for creating such a beautiful play, and for dedicating so much of your lives to such a wonderful theatre.
Thank all of you!
